Refund Policy

Our Commitment
At Pawglow, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hellopawglow@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo of the item if it is damaged or defective

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hellopawglow@gmail.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your bank or PayPal. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at hellopawglow@gmail.com.
